The only time you should ever look back, is to see how far you have come
Charlotte Nash
Counsellor
MBACP
My name is Charlotte Nash, and I am a qualified CPCAB Person-Centred Counsellor and a trained trauma specialist.
I became a Counsellor after spending much of my career working alongside and managing people in an office environment. During this time, I recognised that no two people are the same and that everybody has times where they are stressed, low and in need of support. I then changed career and started to work alongside children in a secondary school, where I also recognised the desperate need for support for many children.
Since becoming a Counsellor, I have worked in private practice, both face-to-face and online with adults and children. I volunteered for many years for a local charity supporting survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse and for the past two years have been a School Counsellor, alongside working in my private practice. I am fully qualified and insured.
• I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
• I hold a registration with the ICO for data protection.
• I hold a Disclosure Barring Service Certificate (DBS).
• My knowledge and skills are constantly updated as I attend regular Continued Professional Development workshops (CPD).
